Most houses are based on:

All materials used are safe for people and comply with the requirements specified for theparticular house model.
Our houses have high seismic resistance and are designed to withstand significant wind and snow loads.
The specifications depend on the particular model and are confirmed by the relevant certificates.
The supervision arrangements depend on the selected model.
During the installation of residential houses and most other facilities, an engineer and a representative of the manufacturing plant must be present.
The price may be higher because of factory production, the quality of materials, international logistics, engineering supervision, and the standardization of the construction process.
At the same time, a prefabricated house has several important advantages:
1. The cost is fixed by the contract and does not increase during construction unless changes are agreed upon by the customer.
2. You are purchasing a serially produced model that has been manufactured and assembled many times at various construction sites.
3. The assembly technology has been tested in advance, reducing the likelihood of construction errors and hidden defects.
4. Manufacturing and installation times are significantly shorter than with traditional construction.
Manufacturing and construction take from 6 weeks to 5 months, depending on the model, specifications, installation location, and delivery conditions.
For most models, the foundation is included in the price.
However, the type of foundation and the need for additional work can be determined conclusively only after the land plot has been inspected.
A specialist site visit is free of charge within Western Georgia.
A visit outside Western Georgia costs 550 GEL. If the house is subsequently purchased, this amount is refunded to the customer or credited toward the final payment.
No. The installation of a septic system is calculated separately, taking into account the characteristics of the site and the selected technical solution.
The terms depend on the selected model.
For some models, delivery and unloading are included in the price; for others, they are calculated separately. Exact information should be confirmed with a manager.
Yes. Our company is VAT-registered.
Whether VAT is included in the stated price of a specific offer can be checked in the invoice and the contract.
Payment is made only on the basis of a contract and an issued invoice.
Funds are transferred to the company’s official bank account, primarily in Georgian lari.
No. The company does not accept cash payments.
We do not accept cryptocurrency directly.
If necessary, cryptocurrency can be exchanged for Georgian lari through our partner, a licensed Georgian company. After the exchange, payment is made by bank transfer.
Yes. For payments from abroad, we can issue an invoice in US dollars or euros.
Payments in Russian rubles are not accepted.
Yes. The company may offer installment payments for the supply and construction period.
However, the full price of the house must be paid before construction is completed and the property is handed over. The company does not provide long-term loans.
Several options are available to protect the customer:
1. Purchasing the house with a bank loan. In this case, the bank independently checks the
company, the contract, and the transaction risks.
2. Using an escrow account. The funds are held at a bank and transferred to the company
only after the conditions specified in the contract have been fulfilled. This mechanism is
currently being implemented.
3. Installment payments from the company for the supply and construction period.
4. Signing an official contract for the manufacture, delivery, and installation of the house.
5. Payment exclusively to the company’s bank account on the basis of the contract and
invoice.
Yes. We will provide a draft contract for review at any convenient time before you make a
decision and pay.
Different structural elements and materials have different warranty periods, ranging from
1 year to 50 years.
The exact warranty terms depend on the house model, manufacturer, and specifications. A
manager will provide detailed information when the order is placed.
You can purchase a house and lease a land plot from our partner for up to 10 years.
In this case, you will be able to live in your own house while paying land rent and utility
charges.
The lease terms, the location of the plot, and the payment amount are agreed separately
with the partner company.
Yes. Our partner, an interior designer, can develop an interior-space project for the house,
taking into account your taste, wishes, and budget.
Yes. We cooperate with Georgian and international manufacturers and suppliers of
furniture, textiles, and curtains.
Yes. Our partners can develop a landscape project and carry out the work required to improve the grounds.
Yes. Our partner can provide complete post-construction cleaning of the house and the surrounding area.
Yes. Our partners will help select, install, and connect:
• solar panels;
• energy storage systems;
• portable or stationary battery power stations;
• generators.
The equipment is selected individually, taking into account the house’s specifications and the customer’s needs.
Yes. We have a referral program for partners and agents.
It provides for the payment of commission for referred customers and completed sales.
An agent or partner may be:
• an individual;
• a legal entity;
• a resident of Georgia;
• a foreign national or a foreign company.
The specific terms of cooperation are determined by a partnership agreement.
